The 2025 HOBY Indiana Seminar will be held June 5-8, 2025 on the Purdue University Campus.
Recognizing Potential
HOBY offers highly motivational leadership development seminars for 10th graders in the United States and around the world each spring. Since HOBY's founding in 1958, more than 365,000 high school sophomores have attended HOBY's unique leadership seminars. With one ambassador from nearly every high school in Indiana, it's easy to see how HOBY Indiana mobilizes potential leaders.
Curriculum
HOBY's curriculum is based on our vision to motivate and empower individuals to make a positive difference within our global society–we believe students represent the future leaders of the world. The HOBY experience develops leadership from three perspectives: personal leadership, group leadership, and leadership for society, with a focus on individual student growth. HOBY is an open door to a life of leadership and service, as we believe the most powerful way to show leadership is through service.
